We can be true to our values and let ourselves shine. We can honour and support others whilst also honouring and supporting ourselves. We can make a difference and also live a truly satisfying life.

I am Claire, a transformation life coach and human design practitioner. I have over a decade of experience in developing people and if there is one thing I have learnt, it is that we are all so different. We all have different gifts, different needs, different dreams, different motivations and different ways we are here to make a difference in the world.
Although we are in a society that recognises developing ourselves at work, we don’t spend nearly enough time on developing our inner self. Ironically, it is the internal work that can transform so much.
I know that there are magical keys inside of you that are waiting to be unlocked. I know that on the other side of your fears are your biggest dreams and where your life satisfaction lives. How would it feel to let them free and believe in them too?

Where it all started
I am so passionate about this work, because this is where it all started for me.
I was resisting so much in my life and holding myself back was causing me a lot of frustration, bitterness and regret.
It led to me having an emptiness inside that I could never shift.
Saying yes to myself and putting the time in to understand where this emptiness was coming from changed everything, and this deep and healing journey continues to take me to places I never thought I could go.
